Experience
Each Pokemon requires an equal level of experience to their current level to level up. For example, a level 5 Bulbasaur requires 5 EXP to level up. The amount of experience gained from each battle is equal to the Pokemon's level that you fought (their level x1.5 for battles against Trainers, rounded up). If a level 5 Bulbasaur won a battle against a level 5 Pidgey, they would gain 5 EXP and level up to level 6. If a level 6 Bulbasaur won a battle against a level 3 Pidgey, they would have 3/6 EXP. If a level 6 Bulbasaur won a battle against a Trainer's level 5 Squirtle, the Bulbasaur would gain 8/6 HP, leveling it up to level 7 and giving it 2/7 EXP. Pokemon will also gain experience if an opposing Pokemon is caught. Pokemon will split experience if two Pokemon have battled the same opponent. No EXP will be given to Pokemon who faint during battle.
If you leave a Pokemon in the daycare center, it will gain 1 level for every thread you participate in.
Evolution
Evolution by levels is done just by that.
Evolution by happiness and affection is staff judged.
Evolution by trading is done just by that.
Evolution by stone/item/location can all be done in Scylla Cave, where they sell stones, items, and have caverns for location based evolution. If you are lucky, however, you may find an item while adventuring.
Eggs
Staff will judge when eggs are ready to hatch based on the rareness of the Pokemon inside the egg.
If you leave two compatible Pokemon in the daycare center, they will have an egg. There is a 75% chance it will be the same as the mother, and a 25% chance it will be the same as the father.
